If you enter the wrong password too many times, Lumivero locks your account for security reasons.
The online portal allows you to manage your profile, buy add-ons, view purchase history, and access cloud modules like NVivo Collaboration Cloud. Go to the official portal page at lumivero.com. Enter your registered email address.
