What are you using (Windows 11, an older Mac, etc.)? Do you have the model number from the bottom of the mouse?

Disconnect the mouse from any external USB hubs and plug it directly into a primary motherboard port on your computer. Open your computer's Device Manager , locate the mouse under "Imaging Devices," right-click it, and select Update Driver to force Windows to recognize the hardware scan component.
